Emotional Range
We don't always display the emotional range we're capable of. That would be fucking exhausting. But sometimes when you see friends going through shit and they're forced to temper their ranges, you make a decision to go through the fluctuations with them. I guess that's what empathy really is.
A lot of people get high riding other peoples' rollercoasters though. LJ is kind of like that too, which is mostly why I never posted all that seriously.
