Greetings.......
Well it's been some time so I figured a real post might be better than a simple hello. Been very stressed these days grrrr. Holiday season does this to most of us so I'm not alone.
My family will be here in 4 weeks. They've never met Bri and he and I am stressed as I don't even know where to fit them in this one bedroom apt for a week... shit ya know. I don't want them staying at a hotel I just think my mother forgets I no longer rent the big house I was in for the last 8 yrs prior to moving back to apt life. She even tried to tell me she saw this apt furnished and knows there's room. I quickly reminded her ugh no ya didn't you were gone for 2 weeks before the new furniture I purchased was even delivered. Grrr nothing like arguing over stupid shit.
So what else...oh renewing the lease here for another year. Rent increased 51.00 a month but I really can't see moving at this point. Last yr it was so draining and I will not be moving on New Years Eve no way! I work only 4.5-5 miles from here so that alone saves money on gas nd wear and tear on the car so in all actuality I should consider it a gain.
Job-Doing very well. Learning so much more over the last 6 months since I'm under a new team/boss. Always more to learn and more stress but I'm hanging in. My efforts are hard work are finally getting noticed. I got my evaluation this week & notta one negative thing was said. Actually it made me feel pretty damn useful and good about myself. *pats own back*
Bri-Has lots of good news to tell. He oughta post ;) Forgive his absence as WoW was to blame for so long but now he's playing another game so we'll just crown him fucking video king and leave it at that hahahaha ;)
On another line been shopping like a fucking maniac. In debt and shopping oh will I ever learn lol. It is great therapy for me though ;) Seriously, I have found steals this past month and I'm thinking hard about selling on ebay come January. I've been pondering on this for months now and I think it's time!
Lastly, all else is fine. Mom's condo is finally for sale. Just awaiting a buyer and she's moved everything into her other condo now and the bathroom and kitchen got a total makeover so I can't wait to see it. I need to get home again soon. It's been so long and I miss sunny South Florida and my friends *sniff*
