Scary thought
.. here's how bush/cheney are gonna get away with it all. I don't think that they'll be able to pull off the martial law, suspend the election thing. They'll do it with presidential pardons.
Sometime during the lame duck period before Obama and the Democrats take control, bush will 'fall down', 'have a slight heart attack', need to have random body part 'inspected' etc, etc and go under for a couple hours. During this time cheney pardons everyone in sight, including bush. After Bush wakes up, cheney resigns and bush pardons him. Poof, they are both immune from prosecution.
