glad D has a NEW job! He has worked SO hard to get where he is and I'm SO proud of him for making the RIGHT impression! I'm really HAPPY for him & his self esteem for him getting a new job even if it turns out to br the same or less salary (per his own gross salaray...w/overtime estimated...
