9-13-07: 9 seasons (well 8 since I obviously didn't go in 2004 b/c of the lockout) and counting, the training camp tradition continues. I ended up going on Thursday. I did talk to him a little, but not as much as I wanted to, since like every other player, he's usually in a rush and I don't want to hold him up. Therefore I couldn't give him an interview. Sorry.

I used to have a select few Ice Dogs players talk during my LJ Phone posts, but at least the Ice Dogs players weren't in a rush and it was so much easier to get them to talk since they were minor leaguers.

NHLers on the other hand are so much harder to do a phone post since I'd have to go through the PR system not to mention they are rushing to their cars. So I don't even bother. Sorry. I'd love to have Cammy and any of my Kings boys doing a phone post.

I was all what had happend to Nagy's hair? Then again the players will either dress up and look all nice and spiffy or look like they just rolled outta bed after practices. Don't fret. One of these days Nagy will look nicer, and better yet, before or after the games he'll look so much hotter w/ his suit on. ;)

Yes, Lauri is Finnish. He's my cute and loveable Finn. :D

LOL, um...that interview comment wasn't directed at you...it was kindasorta directed at Nagy, actually XD (yes, i talk to hockey players even though I know they won't ever hear it ^_^;;;;). You know how some players give interviews to like the team website or during the game intermissions and stuff? Yeah...I was hoping he'd do one at some point here because he's a newbie and the fans want to get to know him and I'd actually settle for a print interview at this point because I love reading what he has to say and I'm kind of obsessed like that XD
Plus I'm pretty sure he has a really hot accent and I'd love to hear it because I haven't actually ever heard him speak...ever and it's kind of one of my goals in life XDD (I'm ever so easy to please, as you can see XD)

It's actually funny because usually I get all upset because it looks like he's used too much gel in his hair and this is like the extreme opposite XD And OMG I would love to see him in a suit.

Finns are awesome :D

Yes, I'm surprised that he and some of the newbies haven't been interviewed yet. As the season goes by, he should have more interviews. :)
