Awww thank you... It's been 2 years since I've been to NorCal prior to this trip. I didn't think parts of NorCal would have anything that resembles Drummondville. It was hard to take pix of the Derrick Brassard sign since I had the windows down, the car going at about 80-90 mph, and I had to snap it quick just if case my camera flies away.

Yes, I remember reading about Ava and the Sharks and why you're rooting for them. She's more than welcome to read and comment on this entry, eventhough it's not much. I am however not responsible for any deaths caused by intense swooning and squeeing over a team. That's so sweet of the guys to give her a sharkeez toy. They also have a mini sharkeez and a teeny tiny one except it's a magnet. I should've gotten the teeny tiny magnet of my own. Nommie got one, and lets just say that teeny tiny magnet sharkeez and my sharkeez had a little too much fun. ;)

P.S.

Random, but in hope of finding pix of Mark Hurtubise when he played MAAA hockey in Gatineau, I found this site... Les Brassard. Looks like it's a website dedicated to the Brassard Family. I so thought of you when I stumbled onto to it.

I had no luck finding super early pre-Ice Dogs Mark Hurtubise pix (except the ones from the Remparts site when he played there during his rookie season in the Q), but I randomly found a Derick, Janie & The Brassard family site. ^^
