Is It September Yet?

First off, for those of you who read the Canadian Cafe entry a few entries back, please click the cut...

For those of you who actually read the Canadian Cafe entry where Nommie and I met Jimmy Bonneau, Michael Lambert & Corey Urquhart, all of this was all made up. Although last week Nommie and I went to the Canadian Cafe for lunch, we didn't meet any of these guys. I highly doubt they are anywhere near Cali, and they won't be coming back anytime soon because they'll either play for the Cyclones or hopefully the Hamilton Bulldogs. We'll see how it goes once the Habs training camp starts. I know a handful of you fell for the entry while some of you already figured out that it was all a lie.

After reading habschick101's LieJournal entry and falling for it, I thought it would be fun if I did one.

Please click here for a further explaination on LieJournal and how it started.

However, I'll only be posting LieJournal entries for this month, if I get a chance to update on Fridays.

Other than that, this past weekend Nommie and I celebrated our early 6th months Anniversary. It's supposed to be today (and I am still wondering why Nommie hasn't called me back except for this morning when I was still 1/2 asleep), but we had to celebrate it early since Nommie has been working overnights, and he has to work tonight.

We were supposed to meet up w/ my family for dinner, but on our way I wanted to stop by at the mall. Our original plan was to park at the mall, and walk all the way to the restaurant where my family was at, cutting through parts of the mall. Since Build A Bear was on the way, I wanted to stop by really quick and check out the new snow leopards they had. Nommie decided to surprise me by getting one for our anniversary gift. I ended up naming him Wild Willie, after the Moncton Wildcats mascot. As soon as we got Wild Willie, we headed over to the restaurant where my family was at. From there we had dinner. My aunt, uncle, and cousin had just returned from San Diego and it was their last day in Cali. I had found out that Frank, who is 15 years old, went to a reggae fest where they had Ziggy and Damien Marley. He likes reggae and that was his very first concert. I can't believe Frank is all grown up. I still remember him as a baby. I also remember my first concert when I was 14. It was a day after Thanksgiving, and my dad, Liza and I got to see Green Day w/ The Riverdales at the Municipal Arena in Kansas City. My grandma was there too, and she was being her cute and adorable self. She was even eating some of the small bowl serving of gravy. I luv my family lots. In all, I was glad Nommie got to meet more of my family members.

After dinner, since originally we were suppose to go to Claim Jumpers for our anniversary dinner, we went there anyways. As always, our dinner came in quickly, but still wonderful. That's how we spent our 1/2 year anniversary.

The rest of the time being has been rather uneventful, catching up on LJ and cleaning a little since Liza will be coming home tomorrow night. Speaking of which, I need to take a shower since I reek chlorine from swimming. I also need to clean tonight and write fics for tripleicing thus the announcement of my new SN has been delayed. I'm hoping tomorrow I can post my new SN to you all. In the meantime, I'll leave you w/ a big pic spam of pix from my camera phone. Some of them are ranging from left overs from my Florida trip to our 1/2 year anniversary...
