Eh, We're Famous Again!
*Sigh*
I've been out and around since I last updated. Here's what has happend since I last updated.
Thursday: I went to the computer lab and re-did my PDF portfolio. I don't remember what else I did that day other than it was Cammy's birthday.
Friday: puckplayer42, casia and I all went to see Cars. It was a really cute movie and the story flowed well. I definetly recommend watching that movie no matter how kiddy(ish) it is.
Saturday: puckplayer42, my family and I all went to my aunt's house since it was my other aunt's birthday. Since it was in the evening, we were able to watch Game 3 of the Stanley Cup finals while we had dinner. Then after that, we went to Home Depot Center for a L.A. Riptides lacrosse game. The game was fun to watch, went by so fast and there was so much scoring. However, we lost to the Boston Cannons 19-13, but still it was a fun game to watch considering we got in for free all since I got a voucher for taking the end of the season L.A. Kings survey. We also met up w/ Angry King from the LGK.com board since he was sitting not too far from us. Also, I won another coupon from Panda Express and puckplayer42 caught a shirt for me.
Then after the game the players were signing autographs over by the sidelines. I got a few autographs as well as some pix. It wasn't the same as meeting hockey players, but that's still cool that they'll still sign for the fans right after the game. That's awesome! I didn't think there would be a large turn out as well as fans getting into it so much. That's so awesome considering lacrosse isn't that popular in soCal.
Overall, I had a blast at a lacross game. Mind you that's one of my favorite sports besides hockey and baseball. I have to admit that lacrosse games are so much more exciting to watch than baseball since it's so fast paced and it's almost like hockey. I'm looking forward to going to another lacrosse game.

Sunday: I went shopping w/ my mom where I got some shorts for the summer time. Then last minute spur in the moment puckplayer42 and I went, after being so undecided on what to do, decided to go to Riverside. On our way, we stopped by at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cougamonga where we windowshopped. Then we stopped by at his house where I met up w/ his mom and next door neighbor since I wanted to visit his parents. His dad was at work so I couldn't meet him that day.
Finally, we went over to my old apartment complex to visit arielchick. She just moved to Grand Marc not too long ago and she doesn't live too far away from my old apartment. Anyhow, we chilled for a bit at her place before going to moVal. We then went to Wally World where she got her pix done. Then we had dinner at Romano's and the food was yummy not to mention we all got stuffed. After dinner, we dropped arielchick back to her place before departing Riverside.
Yesterday: Meh, nuthing much except turn in my lock, shop at Target, and watch Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
Today: I went to Van Nuys to get my finger prints done, but I got lost on the way, but thankfully I found the place. However, the lady didn't have me schedule when in fact I called in for an appointment last Friday, and she had to leave for a doctor's appointment. She did however rescheduled me for tomorrow. So I have to go back to Van Nuys for my fingerprinting appointment, but at least I know where the place is at. Then on my way home I decided to drive further down, all the way to Monrovia, and have lunch at The Canadian Cafe since I've been meaning to go there for my post final lunch.
As I was looking through pix on GettyImages.com, out of nowhwere they finally post pix from the MOST CRAPPIEST GAME EVER!!! we went to. Of all the pix, they had one where we were sitting down watching the game. My jaw dropped. I couldn't believe puckplayer42 and I were in a pic. Not just any pic, but a game pic on GettyImages. First the Jumbotron... Now this! That's fucking crazy!!! I guess we went to so many games that we got famous. :P

Finally a pic of him w/ his mouth completely shut b/c every pic I have/seen of him, he's either smiling or pretty much his mouth is always open/parted. It's about time he kept his mouth shut, but in a good way. ;)
