Happy Belated New Years: The First Entry of 2006
How I spent my New Years... Sleeping.
That's right, I pretty much slept almost all January 1st of the new year. I took a small nap after mass. I took another nap while watching the Canada vs. USA game I saved on my PVR thingie. Lastly I slept after dinner and I didn't wake up until 1 A.M. I pretty much slept through everything, but at least I had a nice dream to go along with it.
I had this dream where I met up w/ Team Canada at the dorm they were staying at. Somehow I ended up going into their dorm area where 1/2 the team shared a big room w/ bunk beds and stuff. I think Bert invited me to hang out with them or something like that. Then I ended up staying overnight w/ Team Canada. I don't exactly remember what happend in the dorm room, but I either had my own bunk or I was sleeping on the same bed w/ Bert. Either way, I wake up in the middle of the night, and I whisper something to Bert in his ear telling him I needed to get water and I'll be right back. From there, I took the keys hanging by the door, and leave the dorm room. As I was walking by, I saw Gui and a bunch of random college students in some computer lab. The rest of the time was spent asking random people if they have loose dollars since all I had with me was $5. I was just wondering off, getting 2 bottles of water in 2 different vending machines at 2 different locations. I also took out a bunch of loose dollars, but I thought I lost the key. Thankfully it was still in my pocket. Somehow I just kept wandering off some campus, looking for more vending machines to buy water, and at some point I even met up w/ ad2002. I kept thinking to myself the whole time I was walking around that it was like being at band camp except I got to sleep in more since I was a girl while the rest of the guys had to wake up very early for practice.
I dunno what happend the rest of the way, but all I do know that I never came back to the dorm room full of Team Canada hockey players.
Otherwise, I was such a sleepyhead. Then again I was pretty much under house arrest since it was very rainy plus I have a very slight cold (well, it's more of a stuffy nose. Ick!).
Also, for the past few days or so, I've been trying to e-mail Luc Bourdon Here, but I always get this message:

WTF Mate? I'm about ready to give up. I hate having to moderate what I've originally written to him. This is by far the closest thing to having him hear from me, unless we one day meet up (at a game, practice, ect.).
Please pray that the site will work before the tournament is over.
