2 Major Art Projects, A Couple Hockey Games, and Almost 500 Friends Entries Later...

Dec 16, 2005 02:36

Go to your Calendar and find the first entry for each month of 2004 and 2005. Post the first line of it in your journal, and that's your "Year In Review".

2004

Jan: Lastnight before New Years was spent munching on food especially dinner rolls, honey baked ham, roast beef, fruit tarts and cheese cake.

Feb: Gah, I haven't been able to post a real entry for the past couple days.

Mar: Yesterday was all blah... I had class and work as usual.

Apr: After all this time of setting up my new journal, adding people to my friends list, and thinking about it...

May: Macho Man wasn't too bad at all, but it was a whole lot better and much shorter than last year's.

Jun: I'm soooooooo drained like whoa!

Jul: First off, my sincere apologies for neglecting my journal as well as your's for the past couple days or so.

Aug: The trip to B-town was called off, so I've been at home, adding more programs onto my computer.

Sep: I'll be having my finger prints & drug test done today. Hopefully things will be okay. I know I'll pass the drug exam since I've never done any illegal drugs in my life. 0:)

Oct: I know it's early, but I couldn't resist!

Nov: To All of my American Friends:

If you're 18 and over and registered to vote, can you please do your country a big ass favor and

Dec: This Providence...

I miss my UCR days!

astormyday along w/ your surprise

And of course my close real life friends (you know who you are) and anyone else who sends me a card.

I'll have your cards mailed in sometime this weekend. If you still want to get a card, please Comment Here with your addy or e-mail me at kingschica7@yahoo.com. Today is the last day I'll be taking addys, unless you want a belated X-mas card. I'll take as many people as possible, until I run out of cards. So last call for X-mas cards.

Well, today I was feeling better from lastnight (A big thanx to soccer_mom56 for commenting while the rest of you were slacking off *tsk tsk tsk*). Anyways, I had my final presentation for my Typography class and I got an A on my project.

After I was done w/ my finals, I took another trip to the Canadian Cafe where I had brunch there. I showed Jacquie as well as the owners of the Canadian Cafe, Ron and Diane, my pic of Cammy and I, and we chatted about hockey and stuff. In fact, I took some menus and I plan on distributing them to a select few Kings players the next time I go to their practice.

The rest of my day was spent shopping where I got more knee high fuzzy socks at Target and a couple books: Body Check by Diedre Martin (Erica recommended me that book) and Simply Irresistable by Rachel Gibson. I really love those hockey romance novels. If there are more hockey related books you recommed me reading (beside books from Rachel Gibson and Diedre Martin along with Luanne Rice), please let me know -k-.

These past 3 days or so (overall 4 days) I've been shopping at Target whether it's stuff for me or gifts to friends all thanx to my new Target card. Thankfully I used cash to pay for my socks. I'm gonna stop shopping for the rest of the month or so, unless it's window shopping.

Then the rest of my evening was spent taking a nap during the Canucks vs Flyers game (I was too drained to watch), but at least I got the World Juniors news segment on tape although they should've interviewed some Q players, especially Gui, Bert & Barely Legal. I also spent all night long reading and commenting on friends entries after putting it off for over a week. I know it was finals week and everything, but I had no excuse to put off reading friends entries thus I ended up reading almost 500 entries. My eyes are tired. Now that finals are over and everything, I should be more caught up and I should keep up with my friends entries. One of these days I may have to do a massive friends cut because I may not be able to keep up with everyone anymore plus a lack of comments (the more you comment, the better chance I get to keep you unless I constantly comment on your journal or let me know that you still read my journal). Don't be too worried for now because it's not gonna be for a while and more than likely it may not happen.

Tomorrow I plan on sleeping in, putting together X-mas cards, gifts and stuff plus clean, get caught up on Myspace since I've been nearly neglecting it, wait and see who got kept and cut from Team Canada's roster, and of course watch the Kings and Ducks game.

Well, that's all for now. I guess comments are optional it was a stupid entry. Afterall, I highly doubt everyone reads this anymore (thus the lack of comments).

Till then, have a wonderful night. :)

P.S.

I wonder who's the lucky guy getting a hug from Derick?
