Oh, happy Friday. I don't have a scrap of food in the house, so I'm going to have to go do something about that, but before I do, here is a little meme action, and Fannish Friday Discussion for y'all...
KITCHEN CONFIDENTIAL

This show wasn't world changing by any means, but it kind of showed the funnest version ever of 'boys will be boys'. They talked shit to each other. They hit on girls (successfully and unsuccessfully). They fought among themselves. They backed each other up. It was just the funnest show, and I kind of scratch my head and laugh at how a tv series with Bradley Cooper would be an instant smash now- it was probably about a year too early.

PRETTY LITTLE LIARS

This show is actually pretty smart sometimes, hiding behind some very clever advertising that makes it seem simple. This probably isn't going to go down as my all-time favorite show about girls, but it is right now. Behind all the mysteries, and the stunts, and Aria's crazy wardrobe, this show is just about the dynamics between four very different girls.

And now some Fannish Friday Discussion, that came up when I was chatting back and forth with
_touched and
laminy this week...
Have you ever shipped a couple where you really didn't like one person involved?
I've shipped couples where I knew that they really weren't right for each other, or knew that there was no way they could work out in the end...but I've never really hated one half and shipped them anyway. I thought it was interesting.
Anyway, have at it.
