I don't even *like* Diego (even though I know you do) but you have Georgie and she's breathing and alive and talking and saying and thinking wonderful things in your wonderful words and so I am eternally grateful to you for this!
And dude! Luis?!?! Excellent.
Ps, this part is made of awesome:
Georgie had never used that word in her life before, and it was surprising how much calmer she felt after letting out a curse. And it was sure good to know that she could surprise him after he had given her the shock of her life.

I was supernervous about this fic because it is such a huge, out-there, soapy concept [coming back from the dead] and way more action/adventure-y than I've ever written before, but this is one of those fics that just eats your brain.
Thanks for giving this a chance, despite Diego. This Diego is going to be *very* different from the boy we saw onscreen (a year of being 'dead' has got to change a person, no?) so you might like him a *smidge* better.
And dude, Luis? Sooooo much fun to write. You'll see :)
Eeee, your feedback makes me smile. I'll probably be posting the second part late tonight.
