How cool is that?
Four years ago, a friend of mine in the SF bay area took his 15 year old son to see Buddy Guy play some blues. Buddy Guy often will take a walk through the crowd, playing his guitar and greeting fans. When he stopped nearby, my friend my friend told Buddy that his son was a pretty good guitar player. A few minutes later, Buddy called Jules up to the stage to play along. Talk about cool!
About 1.5 years ago, they went to see Buddy again...and again Buddy asked Jules to come up and play. Saturday night, Buddy had Jules come up a finish the show with him. How cool is that?
