i love, love love love love love, rennovation shows, like flip that house and flip this house and the real deal.
NOW, i feel as if i'm living through it and it's a little less exciting to hear people beating on your house and wondering if at any minute, they are going to come on through it with a hammer...
and OF COURSE, the day after we have the outside of our house all stripped away, during the summer of droughts, it rains and rains...of course, that's our luck...of course. either way, i thought i'd let you guys see the photos of progress from yesterday...pretty cool. and really weird all at the same time.
here's the house before "demolition day"
and now the fun begins...at 7am, no less. (the side of the house.)
and now the garage area...
these guys were SPEEDY SPEEDY...when i got home from work at 6ish...they had finished "stripping" the entire house and most of the brick on the front...this last picture is how the house was left over night and today they are "wrapping" the house...in the rain. poor guys.
yay! it's like we are getting a new house...SOOOOOOOOO WEIRD!
oooooooooooh and today's my dad's bday! happy birthday daddy!
