Let's play Five questions!

1. Leave me a comment saying, "Interview me."
2. I will respond by asking you five questions of a very intimate and creepily personal nature. Or not so creepy/personal.
3. You WILL update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
4. You will include this explanation and an offer to interview someone else in the post.
5. When others comment asking to be interviewed, you will ask them five questions

1. What is your single greatest regret?

That's a tough one, especially since I try not to be in the regret business. About a million years ago when I was just a wee LenPal, I reacted shyly and avoided a question instead of answering it that ended up haunting me for years.

2. Who is your "secret lust?"

I don't really have one, and if I did, answering this question would make it no longer a secret, wouldn't it? My not-entirely-secret lust is still Natalie Portman, and with each Harry Potter movie, Emma Watson gets a little closer to being "legal". How's that for creepy?

3. What is your biggest fear when playing your guitar in front of people?

That it will be time to stop playing? Honestly, I'm more comfortable on stage than off of it; it's the one time I'm not such an introvert. As far as band stuff goes, I'm always a little anxious that whatever band I'm in will fizzle out. I went a couple years between bands until about a year ago, and it sucked not being able to go out and play every week.

4. What's the most important thing?

That's probably different for everyone. For me, it's my close relationships. I may not get together with some of my closest friends all the time, but I wouldn't ever want to lose them.

5. Where do you want your body to be buried/your ashes spread/corpse set adrift and flaming arrows fired at ala Viking tradition, etc?

I flip-flop on this issue a lot. I have this image of being buried alive and digging my way out to freedom, but obviously that can't happen if I'm cremated. Then again, the embalming process will probably kill me anyway, so that's not a likely scenario. I'd like to have a grave though here in Gloucester, or at least a tombstone. My friend Kathleen and I agreed a long time ago that if I outlive her, every now and then I'd pour a bottle of Stoli on her grave, and if she outlived me, every now and then she'd bring me some Glenmoranjie. Still, the Viking Funeral idea sounds pretty sweet, especially with The Immigrant Song as background music.
