Damn, We Don't Talk Anymore
Sat in on a call in which social skills, building relationships and their ability to create new business ops was seen as a "eureka" moment. Pardon me, but that's common sense and something old school folk knew. Now that the economy is in the crapper, some companies have to handle business differently. Nah, they ain't just gonna cut that check for you no mo! You might just have to build a relationship w/your clients. We're just so addicted to technology conducting our "relationships", that we don't know what the hell to do with a human anymore.
