I lied. This isn't actually about kaluah. I bet I didn't even spell it right. Either way, I wanna write an entry and can't be bothered to do so on dA because I keep thinking about how cluttered my page looks. T____T
Ohmigod. Killing Lights, yay.
So, I spent Friday through Sunday being sick...and offline...and missing my first game of the season. Not a good start. On the bright side...despite the team apparently losing to Scituate (those bitches), I think I'm on Gwendolyn's team. :3 Which is a little weird, just because last year my team was all seventh graders, but maybe the English soccer guys dubbed me bad enough to play alongside them. Haha, they're probably wicked good. xD And it's not all seventh graders, I don't think, because I'm pretty sure Erin's on the team. At least...her dad's the coach. So yeah.
And dammit. Today in phys. ed, for the millionth time, we did archery. I have my off days and my on days with the sport. I've made bullseyes and usually hit the target, but today was an off day. ...A feather from one of the arrows embedded itself in my finger and made it bleed. I officially suck. Lollipops. Grr.
In addition to the sucktacularity of my day, FF.Net isn't working for me. ;___; I was reading this RikuSora fic-- two, actually. I was gonna print them off this morning to read at school, but dad was an arse and got to the printer before me to print some weird Rhapsody crap. Urgh. So now I'm stuck with this cliffhanger!
Band was extremely satisfying. No, no-- we still suck tremendously. Like sucking toothpicks or something, and having-the-toothpicks-lodge-in-the-back-of-your-throat sucky. But, I did talk to Cinc about being switched off the cymbal for a bit, since it's not like I get to do anything anyway. So Cinc was awesome and had Cullen and Elliot swap their snares for Chelsea's triangle and my cymbal. x3 Suckers. We weren't too bad, either, until the rest of the band started playing and threw of our count. -.- Erk. Then Elliot asked for my math book, and I'm pretty sure he was just screwing around. First few weeks of school, I let him copy my homework. Then I got tired of being ordered around and flipped him off, heh.
By the way. I hate English. Grammer's easy like pie, and Man of La Mancha is boring as hell.
Oh! And guess what? There's a rec dance this Friday! ...Which I'll be missing, since I'm gonna be at the Raconteurs concert with my cousins and Elizabeth. :D Totally psyched.
And I'm definitely doing my history day project on Lizzie Borden, since that was...almost local, anyway. xD If anyone had any interesting knowledge of her? I definitely want to do a play.... So far, my only actor is Stephen. ;____; I'm glad that he's willing to help me out, but I need two other eighth graders to work with me.
In other news, I have converted. From Barnes and Noble to Borders. Borders Express is HALF the size of B&N, and it has WAY more yaoi manga! What's the deal? So I got Time Lag and Only The Ring Finger Knows, the latter of which I've lent to Josh. Heh, it is sooo awesome that he digs yaoi. xD On the topic of seventh grade boys. I tripped Will in the science wing while he was sprinting down the corridor. He fucking FLEW. It was funny. xDD I don't think he even knows I did it.
And what the fuck, I like Trance (a genre of music branched off from Electronica/Dance). xD Specifically, I've taken a liking to Paul Oakenfield. No idea why. I've also been listening to Save Ferris, Reel Big Fish, and Less Than Jake. Heh, talk about a genre switch. Though I shall forever love my alt metal and punk rock! xDD Zomg. I don't like "Miss Murder" anymore. ...But I worship "Affliction", "Kiss And Control", "Killing Lights", and "Endlessly, She Said" by AFI, ha!
For a change of topics, Liz-chan royally kicks ass for making mug-shots of the Founders. Salazar is definitely a rapist. xD (Not so funny when you've been reading about John Wayne Gasey, but still.)
The world is my playground.
Love,
Len-chan
