"Unknown" song day!
Time for another one of Johnny's little-known/under-appreciated creations.
This month I picked Move Over Ms. L. It was the B-side of Stand By Me.
I actually 'discovered' this song rather late; I don't know why. I love the 50s feel of it, and the little chorus is so great. I'm not sure there's a solid meaning to the lyrics; it seems like a collection of witty thoughts. And who, we might well arsk, is Ms. L? Is it meant to be for Yoko, or was L just a good rhyming letter?
