Just saw this movie, Lung fu moon (Dragon Tiger Gate) and I was pretty impressed with Donnie Yen's fight directing, following up his success of Saat po long (SPL). Donnie still looks pretty young at 43, just realized he's about the same age as Jet Li Lianjie. I always thought Donnie is younger than Jet and Jackie. Jackie is now like what 52.
Nicholas Tse can really kick some arse with that electric dragon drill. Shawn Yue is alright and slower but he's mostly there for a bit of comic relief. CGI display is just average, somewhat amateurish at times. The movie is not at classic calibre but a good action flick nonetheless. Oh yeah, it's a comic book adaptation by Wong Yuk-long, who created this kung fu manga in 1972, called it 'Lung Fu Mun' or in English as 'Oriental Heroes'. But I've never read this strip, I can't read chinese anyway.
