It's raining -- and I continue to experience the super-friendliness of the people of Nagoya. Perhaps because the city welcomes a high level UN environmental forum, and therefore prides itself with helping out all international visitors... Nagoya is very nice, convenient and clean! And people are exceptionally pleasant - all good looking, well-dressed, extremely polite and eager to help (I just need to start looking around with a helpless look - and lo and behold! Someone appears to guide me through the labirynths of subways and streets. And they are not ashamed of hardly speaking any English... What a contrast with .. well.. Russia.. I can't stop thinking -- why can't Russians be so polite and well-mannered?
