i disagree with this decision for numerous reasons. neither the american nor the iraqi govts have the manpower to handle the jobs that these firms handle, and they're performing a service which would normally be handled by governmental employees. if they're performing the same sorts of jobs that those who retain immunity are performing, then--really? wtf is the united states government thinking?
