why is it so difficult for me to stick to one routine and patiently wait for effect?

Wreigh-in: 110 lbs

Breakfast: apple (70), coffee (180)
Lunch: 2 slices leftover pizza (500), 1/2 cup milk tea (40)
Dinner: (planned) 1 can of redbull

I will working night shift this weel, RedBull is mandatory.

I could also feel that my core strenght is getting weaker and weaker which is unacceptable.
