the people vs Lorenzo
Sounds weird huh- but there it is, friday is going to be the trial of the centary for my stupid traffic ticket. I brought out the big guns tho- Skip's Dad is going to help me on my glorious cursade. I don't hold out much for the ordeal, but it would be great if i was exinrated- i could use that 175 hanging out in my bank account.
Me saw Callie tonight. She had to pick up some stuff so she sung by and brought some of her 'sisters' along with her. Only Amy i knew, so converstaion had some patches becuase i was out of the loop and "man, Bako is country" can olny go so far. We chilled at denny's for a bit off panama, it seems i've been going to that one a bit more. Its close enought to by house to were i should. I even know some of the waitress from school- like asain mechelle who i get my gossip from. But whats weird is that Veronica Percell (i could be lying about the last name) from jr high works there. I know she placed me before but this time she actually remembered my name and all- I remember her which is fine and dandy but wow, its been awhile and espically theres the fact she never seemed to like me and thought i was a big jerk and should be avoided. I think that all came about from just being in her group once. So yeah, weirdo.
Speaking of being awhile i went to church on Sunday. For the paper of course. This week's lesson happened to be the celebration of lutheran reformation. For those who don't know, it was when Martian Luther said there be some bad things going on in the 16 centry Cathoic Church and told them stright up- which led to a sepatertion of sorts-hense the the lutheran relgion. There are many other things invloved, but i just gave the picture book story. Always i'm siting thru this celebration like the intripid reporter i am thinking how awakard this situation could be. Here i am, bad cathloic and all, writing about the anniveristy of those who susceeded from it. I must say that there is no ammonsity between christian churchs now, and i, myself carry none. I think we all playing for the same team, but i did think it was a bit weird. It also felt weird to be one of the youngest ppl there- but it seems i'm young in most things. I think i'm one of the youngest free lancers, most have years on me which i again felt weird. ( i guess i feel weird alot- maybe i should say i feel normal instaed...I think i'm watching too much of that woman relity show that comes on late...)
Oooooo boy, lakers played tonight. I'll never get over Karl "i hate magic johnson" Malone playing for the purple and gold- but their line up is so scary, even given the Mavs,t'wolves, spurs and the stupid kings. It's like so crazy- and gp is still so awesome. If only kobe could take some of it in and play nice- on and off the court. And yeah, the pats are doing cool too. Winning them ugly- just how i can relate.
