How is it the end of November already?

Time seems to be speeding along. I can't believe that Halloween, Thanksgiving is over with and now Christmas and the New Year is just around the corner. It wasn't long ago when I was still in 423 worrying about getting into medical school. And boom! I'm here and almost done with one semester. Shit. Times flies. Med school is fast and it scares me that I'm supposed to be getting more competent in medicine and closer to that degree. Closer to being responsible for a patient. Closer to helping someone. When I think about it, it's kinda overwhelming but I guess that's why they don't give us time to think about it. This semester has been relatively easier than I expected though. I'm not struggling as I thought I would, but I heard second semester is intense so I guess that's when I'll really be tested. I'm ready for a challenge.

I'm really looking forward to 2008. But I'm looking even more forward to 2011, when I graduate. Bring it!
