(no subject)
Grades are in! I passed STATS with a B! *thank you Jesus!* 2 A's, 1 B, 1 Pass= 3.67 gpa! Hollerrrrr! I never did this well as an undergrad! See mom and dad, I told you I am not a test taker!! Grad school is so much more "real world" and I love it! Too bad they don't have cum laude and such for us. lol This makes my stress levels not as high. Well lower.. I still can't distress! Except for the time on our boat yesterday- that was fantastic! This has been my week of "vacation".?.. More like a week of doctor visits!! UGH!
This week I have:
-Had my blood taken *and I HATE HATE HATE needles!* - results are normal
-Had an ultrasound *no I am NOT pregnant* -my kindey and pancrious (sp?) are normal
-Received results that I have no parasite in my system (worst test ever! lol)
-Got the stomache flu ON TOP of everything else!
-Lost 9 pounds!!!
this is good news right? Eh- I guess it's good not to have chronin disease or some type of cancer..But now it just means that I have IBS. Awesome..Ya you have 2 seconds to laugh.
One -two- done!
It blows because I really don't know how I can go to Europe on a super strict diet (c'mon it's Europe, what about the food and alcohol?!) Like all I eat is white bread, water, and egg whites! I was perscribe some medication for cramping and such so hopefully I'll be able to be my old self again.. Just can't go out as much anymore.. Guess it's God's way of saying, GROW UP!! One bone I really have to pick is blaming the whole stress thing.. I mean my dream job is just STRESS, DEADLINES, and MORE STRESS!! Hopefully I don't have to switch careers because I owe some $$ to the Government! lol I have my ups and downs. I can joke about embarrassing stories that have and will happen to me..But then I think of how dramatic of a chang in lifestyle this will be for me AND how this is ironic being that I am terrified of public restroom usage for the #2! haha GO figure.
Hopefully this all works out and if you're ever out w/me and I'm like- gotta go, let me go! :-) lol
And I am not ashamed, I am annoyed. lol
