Because talking to my belly button always ends up better photographically than plastic smiles.

This is the manfriend. All other people hereafter are in-laws.

Did you know Strom Thurman was named after a dam in Georgia? D:

Looking up at a tree from under its roots is..neat

That big grey building will probably go on the flat part here.

We are currently in the process of fixing this shiz. I pulled up all the weeds, realized that among them were 4 bushes, and managed to save three of them. I think they're azaleas, though their leaves are yellowed from dehydration. The cosmetic plan is to put another layer of mulch (for it is but a mulchy band-aid against dehydration for now), and some 6x6's for something a little more understood as a flowerbed. The wood there is all rotten and gross, blah. It must go!

Wisteria? Sure, the focal point is our contained little plume, but look how it's taking over the trees across the street!

When we got here, we were told there were berries all over the place, but before we closed, the cleanup crew had razed the lands and we were quite a bit sadface about it, so planted more berries. Meanwhile, Spring happened and now we have 45879 blackberry plants, 3 blueberry plants and 2 raspberry plants and not enough mulch to protect them right now.

Some of the berries set up camp by the little grey building.

BRING US YOUR NETHERS lol fig trees. but really. no nethers. Please

The pink blossomy trees from before, might be fruity, don't know...there are at least three distinct types of trees along this line. Some have pink blossoms like the beginning of this post, some have white versions of the pink blossoms, some haven't even shaken off last fall's leaves, much less made new ones.
