More on the Sandbox Universe concept

After getting responses on both journals and pondering a bit, I've started a new community, sandboxverse, so that anyone who wants to mess around with the Sandbox Universe game idea can join in-- or just watch and keep tabs on this thing.

I've got a first post up as obsession_inc, taking a stab at hashing out some rules. Let me know what you think.
