Alanna's October Theme
Ichiban Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar
We've agreed that we'd see each other at least once a month. Each month we would take turns making plans, and dressing up and going out to eat. this time around it was alanna's turn, she picked this restaurant. Ichiban is a restaurant where the knife-flashing chefs prepare your meal at the table, the natural flavours of fresh ingredients, combined with the unique method of cooking, assure the customers of health conscious cooking, without sacrificing taste, flavour, or quality. You sit back and they pretty much put on a show for you while cooking your meal. i've been there a few times but never like that night. we actually had so much fun and was loud as hell hahaha we were even doing our own little shows with them. i have pictures up in the fotki album but i locked it -- the password is the word used in the tag for in the previous post.
i can't wait till the next month. janelle plans the next month, christine has our christmas theme -- which will also hold our christmas/ secret santa party, i have january -- which will also be for christine's birthday. february is our valentines theme and we all have to bring our significant others/dates, which means janelle has to find a date by then! haha march will be organized by chrstine again and the theme there will be mine and alanna's birthday! i hope all the plans turn out. i'm sure it will though... last month, which started this all, we went out for wings at smitty's. we all decided to start a little album for our little outtings... we're such dorks! but these girls are awesome!!! =)
EDIT: oh yeah i forgot to mention, i had The Empress >> A succulent combination of baby lobster, shrimp & teriyaki scallops. BUT, instead of the shrimps, we asked the cook for filet mignon instead. yuuummmm =) this meal also came with

none of us wanted to have the chicken liver so we asked them to sub that for sushi =) i ordered the spider roll! my favorite! all this including tip came up to $50 a person.
btw, did you guys notice my tan? haha i'm getting a kick out of it! i've never been this dark before haha here, check out this picture of me at the beginning of summer.
