almost there...
i hit the gym 2-3 times aweek, for 2-3 hours each.
the 6 pack is slowly creeping out =)
i started my own little workout book, it's cute!
time to be proud of myself... but i can take my time.
i have till new years to look good. to look good for myself not anyone else!
this was almost a year ago, october 20th to be exact.
getting rid of the layer was/is hard. still workin' on it. the hardest part is the damn obliques (side). stupid love handles!
i don't diet, but i cut off my fast food. and let me tell you how hard that is!! i've gone from eating fast food almost everyday, to eating it only once aweek or less. it wouldn't take me as long if i dieted properly, but sorry i can't do that. giving up fast food was hard enough as it was, but at the same time it feels great!
for those who didn't believe that was my body last year, there, i left part of my face showing in the recent one. it IS me! and i'm allowed to wear these skimpy little clothes! i worked hard to wear them damnit! HAHA
i'm slowly getting there... yyyyeeeeeesssss......
