it's a day

I got here an hour early, as I did every day this week, for no good reason. Well, there were good intentions, but turns out this extra hour is just unnecessary. Gives me more time to be restless, since my friend(s) is/are not here until 9 or after. And that means I have to eat two breakfasts. And for those of you reading, all 2 of you, I have lost *almost* 20 pounds since February 17. If I followed this routine exactly, I would probably be at 20 or more. These last few are a real bitch to get rid of. All I want is the scale to say 115. I hover around 119-121, depending on the time of day. Am I scale-obsessed? How can I not be, when I have come this far? At least I don't have a digital scale, where I could see every last ounce. Yay for size 2 and XS clothes.
Andrew has started doing me exercises with me. It's funny and bad. Bad b/c sometimes he critiques me (your knees are supposed to be bent!) and he gets my mat really nasty sweaty if I let him use it. Good b/c it makes me do it more regularly, since I don't have to hide in the kitchen to do it while he watches TV. And good because sometimes he looks like a chicken. So if you haven't seen me since December, get ready to have your socks knocked off. But then again there is the skin issue, which is unfortunate. And this week there has been a hair issue. So I just can't win. I was following a "6 day express" diet plan this week, but after one dinner of a chicken breast and a can of green beans, two lunches of 1 cup of lettuce, a chicken breast, and a couple cucumbers, etc etc, I can't do it. I'm going back to just keeping the calories down instead of eating all these greens. So, it's veggie burger today (Tomato Basil Pizza Veggie Burger). And oatmeal and a banana (watch out for those, they'll get you. 110 calories!) and an apple. And a blueberry cereal bar. And Diet Mountain Dew and a Vivarin.

Ralphie peed on my bed last night in several places. It's been years since he had an accident. He was sick, I knew it, and Andrew put him on the bed to make him "feel better." Turns out, he does feel better. Wed. morning he didn't even blink when I fed them...and those of you who know him know that is highly unusual. And he was hiding under the futon, also unusual. But, after releasing the toxins from his bladder, he was back to Ralphie again. So a lot of my night was spent cleaning that up. Great timing, since my washer is broken. Dropped off 8 lbs of laundry this morning to the Chinese people across the street. They have a laundromat. Go figure....it costs 7.50 for up to 10 lbs. I have a lot more than 10 lbs, but it's too embarrassing to bring it all in.
