I'm not a big candy eater.. but I'm still working on this stupid low carb diet (modified to allow fruit & other healthier grain type stuffs - low on fats, cholesterol & processed stuff)
well, my roomate got me hooked on the low carb candy as an "acceptable sin". The problem seems to be that my body doesn't like the splenda.. or whatever they have in it.. one piece, ok, two pieces.. well, the stomach starts going grrrr-blop-blop-gurgle-blop-grrrr
for a couple 5, 6 hours.. not painful, just not really.. preferred.. ;)
*le sigh* at least I'm keeping the weight off and still slowly losing.. :)
