My jambalaya turned out fantastic. Oh yes. I mean, it probably wouldn't pass muster in Louisiana, but it's still pretty good. Especially since I had to substitute kielbosa for andouille. And it's quite spicy. (Yes, to all you girls who went to Dr. L's for dinner and complained that his gumbo was too hot, it would hurt your mouths.)

Too bad Justin's tutoring center had a staff party tonight. I guess he'll have to make do with leftovers tomorrow.
