us folks are allllways hiring. just fill out an application from the front desk (you should put a position/job title in the blank -- it makes it look like you know what's up), and if you dont get called real soon, call up huntington, and ask for an interview!
for my job, i had to take a test to make sure i wasnt dyslexic -- if i was, i'd mess up all the order numbers. it's damn easy though.
what do you specifically do? it seems like they'd have nice hours. how's the pay? haha i am just looking for something that would work, no pun intended.
i assemble finished dry cleaning orders in the restoration dept. its not the same as the stuff you'd take in to get cleaned. the clothes i work with are commissioned to us by insurance companies when somebody's house goes up in flames, has a flood, or get taken over by mold, and they have property insurance. the hours are AMAZING. the building is open 24/7 and you can work whenever you want, as long as it's scheduled. terrific as a second job, though it's the only one i have now. we have one guy who comes in at 5pm and leaves around 2am. there are seriously like 20 different jobs you could have in the 11+coolige building alone. we have several warehouses around the area, and since we're not just a commercial dry cleaners, there's like a whole other WORLD of positions to fill. i get paid 6.75 an hour and i'm not complaining. for the work i do, it's good pay. you (and every young'n in the HW, Berkley, OP, RO area) should apply there. it's a nice place, and it's really easy to work there.
