When I Was A Young Girl

Yes! The essay is written and turned in, the math test is over, and I did not have any huge coughing fits in school today!

The rest of the week should be wonderful. My schedule is as follows:

Tuesday evening-
MYO. That means seeing the pirates and whoever else from camp.

Wednesday-
There really is no highlight for Wednesday.

Thursday-
Ditto.

Friday-
Anthony's homecoming.

Saturday-
Salina's confirmation/ reunion.

Three Days!

Oh, and I had to post the Word Of The Day from dictionary.com. (It's Nathan's Word!)
halcyon \HAL-see-uhn\, noun:
1. A kingfisher.
2. A mythical bird, identified with the kingfisher, that was fabled to nest at sea about the time of the winter solstice and to calm the waves during incubation.

adjective:
1. Calm; quiet; peaceful; undisturbed; happy; as, "deep, halcyon repose."
2. Marked by peace and prosperity; as, "halcyon years."

Also!!

A quote from Gott:
"Yeah, so I usually grade about ten essays a day. If I grade anymore than ten, things start to become a bit...ehh...spongey. I got them back to everyone in about a week to ten days. Anyway, in my SCALE class last year, I had about ninety-two students. This year, I have one hundred fourty something. So it may take about...two weeks? Maybe less. Doesn't mean I won't grade ten papers everyday. Maybe more. Like eleven or twelve. Never twenty...that's like a grading orgy. *proceeds to make pseudo orgy noises*
