the beginning of the end
i realized that i will begin my last year of high school in 10 days. this thought scared me, considering that my life plan has been so dramatically altered that i don't know myself, my future, or anything anymore, so it seems. on a lighter, less dramatic note, this summer has been fabulous. i found friends, fun, and a bit of craziness. i learned what flattery feels like, and i discovered what it means to care for somebody more than ever realized. as i am on the brink of the new school year, i am filled with anticipation and excitement. most of all, i hope that these next 10 days will live up to the rest of these few wonderful months and culminate the break with a bang.
