I am now walking 2-3 miles at a local track everyday. It is so rough, but not as hard as when I run. OMG! I really hate running, but it must be done. I decided to get into shape; I don't want to go into my 30's out of shape, sluggish, and still not-so-comfortable in my skin. I've been hitting the track for the last 2 months now, and I feel great. I can't believe how much weight I've last so far. I've lost 12 lbs. I've also noticed that my clothes are a lot roomier. :)
