Annoying Facts about Webcomics...

It strikes me that layout can be a real killer when it comes to attracting readers. I for one find that I enjoy Applegeeks but refrain from reading it because of the ANNOYING ASS LAYOUT! Same with the comic Alpha Shade, pretty art, decent story, SHITTY LAYOUT THAT SLOWS DOWN MY GODDAMN COMPUTER SO STOP MASTURBATING WITH FLASH YOU ANNOYING PEOPLE! I find this near sexual obession with a snappy flash driven layout to be a problem, what's wrong with the standard layout? Comic at the top of the page and either beneath it, or on either sides, buttons that lead us back, forward, to the beggining or to the most recent strip. Some webcomics try to shake this up, I do not for the life of me understand why. Dr. McNinja is guilty of this one as well, though it is not as annoying as Applegeeks or Alpha Shade. By using the "Online Issue" format, he tends to post comics into large Online Comic Books. This is only truly frustrating when one is attempting to find the most recent story, it can get a little confusing.

Anyway, back to work, peace out
