tornado hit iowa city. kind of distroyed parts of campus, though no buildings.
a church was destroyed. tore off a the roof and parts of the wall.
the AXO house had millions of dollars of damage done. it's missing a whole wall and roof.
the residental areas a few miles down market (past john's) had dozens of trees uprooted and roofs missing. cars were totaled and all.
apartments distroyed
tons of gas leaks
broken stoplights and other safety signs of sorts
frankly it is still sinking in.
