Time to update... After a bubble chat convo (on msn) with friends, Phe reminded me that I havent updated my journal in awhile.

My big news for the week is...I'M GOING TO FLORIDA IN JULY!!! My friends from my long time Star Trek sim (www.megiddotrek.com), are having a get-together in Florida in July, and I just confirmed my flight using airmiles =) After almost 5 years, I'm finally going to meet my second family - and of course, my online bestest of best trekker friends, John Maguire!! YAY (John, may possible be the only person I know that has proved he knows more about Star Trek then I do - yes yes it's amazing). I'm still pretty bummed that Phe isnt going to be there, but I have promised her that I will call her while on my 16 hour journey :S
LONGEST flight EVER. Since I'm using airmiles, I dont have much choice. The good news is, they gave me business class seating - awww sheeet! Which means I get to sit with the suits and chill out in the "executive lounges" of the airports. We can chat about the stock market and world domination - it will be grand.
So I leave on the 25th at 5pm - arrive in Toronto.
Depart Toronto - arrive in Washinton
Depart Washinton - arrive in West Palm Beach.
Apparently I need sunglasses, and a lot of sun screen! HELLO sunshine!
I also plan to bring all of my American friends their very own Timmy's mug with some good ol'Canadian coffee. And if I can, I plan on bringing some Alexander Keith's brew too.
I anticipate the hours of Star Trek trivia - I think I've died and gone to heaven.
Khouri even has a Klingon battle axe - MY kind of woman.
WOW! Thats a lot of mini American flags in that picture - I might have to throw in a Canadian flag in and see if anyone notices.
