It's my first virtual gift ever and it is such a thoughtful one, awww. It didn't snow here on xmas, but I love hot chocolate nevertheless, especially when I pretend that it is mocha. *sips* =D
And I wanna thank you, pixiebullets for your Christmas card and the nice things you wrote. ♥
The postmark from Singapore sent me on a trip down memory lane, at least all the way from my mailbox to my front door, lol. ;)
Speaking of Christmas cards: I have an uneasy feeling that some of my cards never reached their destinations (and probably never will). The postal service(s) and I are not on good terms, in fact, we have a love-hate relationship. I suspect that they throw away or manhandle most of my letters, cards and parcels as soon as they see my name on the envelope. *firm nod*
I sent my sister, among other things, a properly packed CD for Christmas and they managed to break it in two. *hates* I tried to destroy some CDs a few months ago, because I wanted to get rid of some data/files and I had to use a hammer to do it, but not the 'post', no!, they can do it in a snap. :|
If you didn't get one, please be sure that I thought about you and sent one to you, too. I just hope that the cards live happily ever after on one of the never-delivered-letters-islands. *cries*
I posted your card again this morning, Amy. Let's see if the Belgian post office decides that your street actually exists this time. =D *crosses fingers*
What else is new? I went memory card shopping for my new camera today, but came back empty-handed, cos I had no idea that there's a difference between SD and SDHC cards, oh well. ;)
But I bought shoes and that's huge achievement for me, since I absolutely hate shoe shopping. So yeah, good day. :D
