Yoko Furusho Art + Icons
Wow, it's been over a month since the last straight-up art/illustration post! I seem to have been posting about a lot of photography and music lately (which is still great, but I do love illustration.) Anyway, when I saw Yoko Furusho's work, I knew I wanted to post it here right away! Her intricate watercolor illustrations remind me of Henry Darger (who I posted about in the very early days of this community), they seem to have a very similar color palette and also a real sense of mystery and danger to their work, as well as whimsy.
Really, I should just be letting Yoko's work speak for itself.
I love this one!
