Part 1)
Part 2:
“I knew it,”
Yoochun’s voice was barely a whisper but with strong sense of authority that made Changmin shiver. “I knew it was you. I knew Jaejoong was hiding something.”
“Yoochun…” Changmin’s words were stopped by the cold stare that was smothering him.
Yoochun turned his gaze to Yunho and back to Changmin. Changmin bit his lip; guilt took over him as he turned to watch his shoes. “What am I to you, Changmin-ah?” Changmin look up to meet the cold stare once again; this time he could see pain reflected on it. “Am I a tool for you to get away in case you get caught?”
Changmin shook his head in panic, “No, Yoochun, I…”
“I really liked you.” Past tense, Changmin swallowed. “I really thought you’re different. I guess you are,” Yoochun scoffed. “You really are different.”
“But Yoochun…”
“That mask you’re wearing suits you,” Yoochun eyed the mask in Changmin’s hand coldly. “Who knew, right? Changmin is such a nice person who blushes a lot. The Changmin I know is a perfect person. He is curious and honest, very smart and has a great personality. Who are you?”
Changmin took a deep breath, “I’m sorry…” He was trembling, the thought of Yoochun hating him was worse than being kept on a white lifeless room forever.
“Will a sorry make a difference?” Changmin shook his head and Yoochun sighed, “I never want to see you again.” He turned his heels and walked away, leaving the two taller guys behind.
Changmin almost screamed Yoochun’s name but Yunho was fast enough to cover his mouth before he does, dragging him out of the secret room. “Hyung, I have to go to Yoochun!”
“No, Changmin, the Security will come to catch us soon! Don’t forget he’s a Police!”
“Hyung!”
“Changmin, get yourself together!”
Since Yoochun was out of sight, Changmin let Yunho dragged him out of the museum. He trusted Yunho’s hand as the older led him, his own eyes blurred by tears. He never wanted to hurt Yoochun. Hurting Yoochun would be last thing on his mind, but he did it anyway. He felt ridiculously idiotic. Now Yoochun hates him, Changmin felt like he had no other reason to live.
Yunho brought him back to his apartment, only to find Jaejoong making out with Junsu on the couch. He felt like his world fell apart. Yoochun left him, and now his best friends didn’t tell him about dating each other. He felt left out. All he had left was Yunho, but Yunho’s heart had always been Zuno’s. He was left with nothing.
Changmin ran to his room and slammed the door, crying himself to sleep.
***
Changmin’s days were back to a blur. To his and Yunho’s surprise, Yoochun didn’t report on them and no Police had come looking for them. He took three days off, claiming to be sick, but he just needed to sort his thoughts out. Yunho took a day off too, to take care of him, but Changmin said he will be fine and told Yunho to go back to work.
Changmin barely eat and he lied on bed most of the time. He refused to go on a raid, refused to talk to Junsu and Jaejoong, and refused to listen to what they have to say. For the first time since he was born, he felt alone. He had always have Jaejoong and Junsu by his side, and then Yunho came along.
He had never kept a single secret from Jaejoong and Junsu. Even if they didn’t find out, he would have told them about his obsession. He felt cheated that they kept something so important a secret. Yunho, in the other hand, as much as Changmin loves his hyung, they started as friends with benefit. Yunho found out about Changmin and took advantage of him. Even if he cared for his dongsaeng so much now, his attention would never be more than just “care”. That love would never be the “love” Changmin needed, not when Yunho still dreams about Zuno every night.
When Changmin had finally come out of his apartment, the screens all around him still showed the earrings he had stolen along with Yunho. He clutched his coat pocket, feeling the small box that contains the two pair of earrings inside it. He sighed as he walked into the Research Center building, immediately finding his spot on the corner of one of the room. He put the box in the last drawer on his desk and locked it, not planning to open the drawer in a very long time.
The way Changmin kept breaking the led of his mechanic pencil as he wrote down his work was all Junsu needed to know his friend was deeply troubled. It broke his heart when Changmin didn’t come to his table like he usually did and left for lunch alone. The others seemed to notice Changmin’s bad mood too that even Leeteuk didn’t try to pick a fight with him.
Junsu had lunch with Jaejoong alone as Yoochun stopped coming. He tried to resign from his position as Jaejoong’s partner but the Elders did not grant his wish. The Elders felt Yoochun was the perfect person to handle the case with Jaejoong so they stayed partner but Yoochun refused lunch with Jaejoong even if he knew Changmin wouldn’t be there.
Junsu sighed heavily, “I wonder when this is going to end…” Both of them had heard about what happened that night from Yunho. Jaejoong knew it was bound to happen, he wished he had been able to stop Changmin that night, and Yunho had been feeling guilty about it since then, but none of them can reverse time.
“Changmin still refused to talk?”
“He won’t even look at me!” Junsu sighed again. “What about Yoochun?”
“He’s been avoiding every Changmin-related subjects…” Jaejoong sighed too.
“Should we try talk to him again?”
“Tonight?”
“Sure.”
***
Jaejoong and Junsu caught Changmin on time as the younger unlocked his apartment door. Changmin only looked at them from the corner of his eyes before continued typing the codes to his door. “Minnie, we’re sorry,” Jaejoong said before Changmin walked inside his opened door.
Changmin stopped his steps and turned to them. “Why?”
“We just don’t want you to feel left out if you know we’re dating. We love you!” Junsu answered. He was clutching to Jaejoong’s arms, fear of rejection apparent on his eyes.
Changmin sighed, “I’m more angry on myself for ruining everything.”
“I’m sure Yoo…”
“Don’t ever say his name in front of me again!” Changmin hissed, cutting Jaejoong’s words. Junsu winced at the harsh tone and took an involuntary step back. Changmin immediately regretted his tone. “Sorry, just… Leave me alone.”
“I won’t,” Jaejoong insisted. “We’re your friend, Changmin, we…”
“Don’t fucking say you’re my friend! Friends don’t keep secrets from each other!”
“We don’t want to hurt you!”
“Like hell you do!” Changmin shouted back. “It hurts even more when I found it out myself!”
Jaejoong was about to rebut when both of them realized Junsu was crying. The shortest man was sobbing and slowly said, “Why are you guys like this? We’re friends, why are you guys fighting?”
Jaejoong immediately pulled his lover into his embrace, “I’m sorry, Su, sorry, please stop crying…” Changmin’s expression immediately softened as he watched his best friend sobbed. He took a deep breath.
“I’m sorry, Su,” he finally said. “I’m selfish and arrogant and childish… I… I need time.” With that, Changmin slammed the door of his apartment behind him.
***
Junsu decided to follow Changmin the next day, just to know where his friend was heading. Changmin went to a restaurant pretty far from the Research Center, and there he met a tall good-looking guy who he had lunch with. The guy was as tall as Changmin, with curly brown hair and angelic smile. He was wearing a Police uniform.
As they talked, the other guy leaned in to wipe the food from the corner of Changmin’s lips. He also took Changmin’s hand and held it. Junsu watched with annoyance, especially when he saw that Changmin rather enjoyed the attention from the guy. Junsu dialed Jaejoong’s number, “Jae, Changmin’s having lunch with a guy. He’s a Police.”
“Can you check his number?” Junsu directed the camera of his phone to the guy and scanned him. The software was actually designed for Police but Jaejoong had installed it in Junsu’s phone in case of emergency. A series of numbers appeared and Junsu read them to Jaejoong. “Cho Kyuhyun,” Jaejoong said. “Damn…”
“What is it?”
“He’s practically Yoochun’s rival in everything.”
“You gotta be kidding me…” Junsu groaned. He took a last glance on Kyuhyun as the latter fed Changmin and walked away from the restaurant. “Changmin seemed to like him.”
“I can’t believe he got over Yoochun so easily. And what’s with him dating a Police, again, when he almost got caught before?”
“Changmin and his type…” Junsu sighed. “I swear I feel like punching him.”
“Patience, Su. He’ll come around, you know him.”
Junsu sighed, “I know. I wish it would be soon, though.”
“I know,” Jaejoong chuckled. “I gotta go. Love you, Su.”
“Love you.”
***
Yoochun stared at the building across the road in front of him, the Research Center. He felt like he has to talk to Changmin, thinking maybe he was overacting. He never knew who the guy who kissed Changmin was anyway. Would Changmin see him, though? He hurt Changmin pretty bad with his words their last meeting, telling him he never wanted to see him again. Would it be okay to talk to Changmin now, after a month?
Yoochun sighed and watched the building; Changmin should be back from his lunch soon. The laughter he recognized caught his attention and he turned his gaze to his right. Changmin was walking with someone he knew very well, Kyuhyun. Kyuhyun had an arm around Changmin’s waist, leaning close to the latter. Yoochun cursed and moved away, hiding on a corner while continue watching the pair.
They stopped in front of the Research Center door and Kyuhyun kissed Changmin’s cheek before letting Changmin enter the building. Yoochun watched in silent, the pain in his heart grew unbearable. He was sure Changmin never loved him, as he was able to kiss someone else and find a replacement that fast. The feeling was not mutual, and Yoochun was the only one hurting. Yoochun sighed and walked away, being sure he wouldn’t come back to the building anytime soon.
***
Changmin walked towards Junsu’s table, but he stopped halfway. He stared at his friend as Junsu continue writing, before turning to his own table. He wasn’t ready to talk to Junsu again, so he went back to his works. He wasn’t aware that Leeteuk was watching him, being suspicious that the two best friends hadn’t talked to each other for a month.
Leeteuk leaned on Junsu’s table, “What’s with you and Changmin?”
“None of your business,” Junsu answered without looking up.
“He seemed…fucked up.”
“I thought you love seeing him miserable?”
“Are you guys breaking up?”
Junsu finally looked up, “We never dated, Teuki.”
“Really?” Leeteuk raised and eyebrow. “He’s glaring this way like a jealous ex boyfriend.”
“Shut up,” Junsu turned back to the paper in front of him.
“Something’s fishy~” Leeteuk said in a singsong tone.
“Kangin! Your pet is disturbing my friend!” Changmin suddenly called for Kangin.
Kangin appeared from behind the lab door, “Teuki, leave Junsu alone. Come here, I need help.”
Leeteuk scowled at Changmin before disappearing behind the lab door to help Kangin. Junsu turned to Changmin, but the younger kept his gaze on his DNA model. Junsu smiled at the word ‘my friend’ Changmin used. At least he knew that’s how Changmin feels about him and he was relieved.
After work, Changmin waited for Junsu to finish cleaning up and walked home with him, but said nothing on the way. That was more than enough anyway, Junsu was more than happy. As the lift of their building stopped on Changmin’s floor Changmin whispered, “See you,” before getting out of the lift. Junsu couldn’t stop smiling and told Jaejoong everything as soon as he saw his lover.
***
By the end of the week, Changmin, Junsu, and Jaejoong acted like there was nothing wrong, although Yoochun’s name was forbidden to be mentioned in their conversations. Still, Changmin never had lunch with them again. Changmin told them about Kyuhyun, whom he met at the restaurant, but he also said he wasn’t sure of whether to date Kyuhyun that soon.
Jaejoong insisted to meet Kyuhyun. He knew the guy, but never personally. All he knew was Kyuhyun and Yoochun fought over everything. He never thought they would fight over Changmin too in the end. He contemplated on talking to Yoochun, but Yoochun was probably still mad at Changmin, so he hesitated. Then the evil idea came.
They set up a meeting to hang out together that weekend. Junsu told Changmin to bring Kyuhyun along while Jaejoong, without telling Changmin, invited Yoochun to come. Junsu told his lover, it was going to be hell, but Jaejoong as a Police was prepared for an even worse hell that he insisted on doing as planned. Junsu simply said he doesn’t want to get involved, as he was afraid of losing Changmin again. Jaejoong promised he would take all the responsibilities if both Changmin and Yoochun were pissed.
Junsu took a deep breath and clutched on Jaejoong’s arm. The atmosphere was beyond awkward. Yoochun had almost turned around and left when he saw Changmin and Kyuhyun. Jaejoong caught up to him immediately and convinced him to stay. Yoochun stayed only because Jaejoong promised to buy him a new phone since he had been planning to change his for quite some time. Junsu fidgeted in his seat as the atmosphere tensed.
“This is ridiculous,” Yoochun finally said, breaking the silence. “You’re so going to buy me an expensive phone, Jae. I’m not joking.”
Kyuhyun scoffed, “Can’t you buy one yourself?”
“I’m not talking to you.”
Changmin tugged on Kyuhyun’s arm before the other replied to Yoochun, “Stop it, please…” Kyuhyun shut his mouth almost immediately.
Yoochun scoffed, “How nice, he’s just like a puppet you can order around. I’m sorry I wasn’t like that. I’m sure he’s more useful to you than I did.”
Junsu opened his mouth but Jaejoong stopped him. “Let them, this problem is between Yoochun and Changmin after all.”
“I never meant to use you!”
“Really? The fact you’re dating a Police again is suspicious enough.”
“What’s this? You used to date Yoochun?” Kyuhyun cut in.
“For a week,” Yoochun rolled his eyes. “I was only a tool. I’m suggesting you to be careful too, Kyu. Not that I care, though.”
“What…”
“You know what, fuck you, Yoochun!” Changmin cut Kyuhyun’s sentence before he got to finish and got up, storming out of the restaurant.
“I think you went too far,” Jaejoong said.
“Do you have any idea how much it hurt?” Yoochun scoffed.
“Do you have any idea he almost starved himself to death after you said you never wanted to see him again? Do you have any idea, you almost cost our lifetime friendship with him because we were trying to talk him down?” Junsu said. “You have no idea how desperate he was.”
“He wouldn’t be too far from here,” Jaejoong shrugged.
Yoochun looked back and forth from Junsu to Jaejoong, before storming out of the restaurant.
“Shit, I’m lost,” Kyuhyun groaned.
“I’d say, find a boyfriend who is less dramatic,” Junsu laughed.
Yoochun caught up to Changmin and grabbed him by the elbow. Changmin shook himself free and started walking away again, but Yoochun grabbed his hand harder, slamming him to the wall. Changmin scoffed, “Haven’t you had enough of hurting me?”
“Who was that guy? Why did you let him kiss you?”
“Why do you care?”
“Answer me.”
“Why now?” Changmin pushed Yoochun away from him. “Why now? Why not a month ago, you selfish bastard!”
“I’m sorry I was pissed that my boyfriend kept a secret so big from me and kissed someone else!”
“Oh I was supposed to tell you? Like, hey, I steal things! ‘Erase’ me! That’s what you want me to do? Really?”
“That’s not…”
“I will tell you, but you’re a fucking Police. I will tell you after we have some real dates, because I know I could trust you. You didn’t even give me time, Yoochun!”
“Then tell me now! Tell me, because I can’t get over you even though I tried! Tell me I still have a chance…” Yoochun’s shouting turned into a plea. “Tell me you still want me…”
Changmin sighed. “Forget it. I’m done being a thief. I’m done dating a Police. Might just as well stop dating. I’m done living this shit.”
“Changmin…”
“I fucking hate this town! This life! This stupid routine and rules and white walls, and a fucking glass dome above us! I fucking hate you!” Changmin walked away and this time, Yoochun let him. Changmin wished the glass dome above him disappeared even more, so he could feel the rain and no one could see he was crying.
***
Changmin and Junsu were sitting on Junsu’s desk when a group of Police barged into their office. They had their guns drawn and directed to Changmin. “Everybody freeze!” One of them shouted and turned to Leeteuk. “Which one is it?”
Leeteuk pointed to Changmin’s desk, “Last drawer.” The Police shot his laser gun to the lock and opened the drawer. He opened the small box in it and found the two pair of earrings Changmin had last stolen.
Changmin and Junsu turned to Leeteuk in disbelief. “Leeteuk, you… I can’t believe you!” Junsu shouted. “You bastard! How could you?!”
Leeteuk shrugged, “I’m doing this for your sake, for our sake. I don’t want a thief walking around freely in our office.”
“Fuck you!”
“People do crazy things for love.”
A slap landed on Leeteuk’s face, it was Kangin. “I can’t believe you’re that low.”
“Kangin…”
“I love you, but it doesn’t mean I will tolerate your actions all the time.” Kangin left the stunned Leeteuk and took the crying Junsu into his arms.
Changmin watched in silent as the Police cuffed his hands behind his back. He smiled at Junsu as they pushed him to the door. “Tell Jaejoong I won’t be joining dinner,” he said right before the Police pushed him into their car.
Changmin refused to talk when they asked him about his partner. They beat him up a little, but when they realized Changmin wouldn’t open his mouth, they stopped. Changmin refused to eat too, saying he would only eat Jaejoong’s cooking. They allowed Jaejoong to bring Changmin dinner, and Jaejoong tried not to cry seeing his best friend beaten up and in jail.
The room was exactly like Changmin had hated, four blank walls facing each other with lifeless white ceiling and floor. He was seated at a wooden chair, with wooden desk and single lamp hanging above his head. He lost count of the days he had been in the jail, until Yoochun came into his room alone without the other investigators.
“Shim Changmin.”
“Decided my death sentence yet?”
“Why are you talking like that?” Yoochun sighed. “If you have talked, it wouldn’t have to hurt like this.”
“What are you talking about?” Changmin looked up to meet Yoochun’s eyes. “I have no idea what you are all talking about. I have no idea why I’m here and beaten up.”
Yoochun saw the determination in Changmin’s eyes and he knew Changmin would never open his mouth. “You’re making it hard on yourself.”
Changmin scoffed, “Making what hard? I’m not guilty.” He was perfectly calm and even his heart rate didn’t show he was lying. The others started to believe they had captured the wrong man, because Changmin showed no fear at all and they maintained his heartbeat in that room 24/7. Changmin had been trained to stay calm for years; it was the first training Yunho had given him in case they get caught.
“We found the earrings in your drawer.”
“Listen,” Changmin sighed. “If I were the thief, would I be stupid enough to put in simply on a locked drawer? I’m not dumb, Yoochun. You of all people should know that.”
Yoochun bit his lower lips; he knew Changmin was right. He sighed, “We’ll talk about this later.”
Changmin sighed and whispered, “Red looks good on you,” right before Yoochun turn around. The whisper was too low for the microphone to catch. “It does,” he continued without looking up.
“I’ll be back,” Yoochun said and left the room.
***
The door opened the next morning, waking Changmin up. Yoochun walked into the room with a grinning Yunho behind him. “You look like shit,” Yunho suppressed a laugh as Yoochun opened the cuff on Changmin’s wrist.
“Thank you for noticing, hyung,” Changmin glared at him as he rubbed his sore wrist. “That took you long enough.”
“A week, sorry. They suspected everyone close to you too. They even interrogated Jaejoong. I told them to test the earrings, if they were real. Turned out it was simply a replicate.”
Changmin scoffed and glanced at Yoochun, “Told you, I’m not guilty.”
“They’re suspecting Leeteuk now.”
“Really? Leeteuk is dumb enough to get caught on his first try if he’s the thief. Can’t the Police do anything right?”
“You’re saying Leeteuk is not guilty?” Yoochun asked. “He was the one who report on you.”
“Yes, Leeteuk can’t be guilty. He’s a jerk, but he’s a man of the law. He would never break the law, and he’s too stupid to break into heavy Security programs like that thief. Even I won’t be able to do that.”
Yoochun sighed, “You’re really troublesome.”
“Aren’t you glad you dumped me?” Changmin scoffed before walking away, leaving Yoochun and Yunho behind, and exited the Police Department building.
***
Changmin lied on his bed alone as Junsu and Jaejoong prepared a homecoming meal for him in his kitchen. He sighed and felt his body ached from the torture he had received the week before. A knock was heard and Yunho entered the room. “Are you feeling better?”
“No.”
“At least you’re free now.”
“Why am I not glad?” Changmin groaned and rolled over to lie on his stomach. “My life still sucks,” he buried his face on the pillow.
Yunho chuckled and climbed into the bed. He sat on Changmin’s hips and slowly massaged Changmin’s back. Changmin bit his lower lip to fight back a moan. “You wondered how you got out, didn’t you?” Changmin nodded. “I was the one who swap the earrings, with Yoochun’s help of course.”
Changmin’s eyes widened. “As expected of you, hyung, but how did you get Yoochun to cooperate?”
Yunho shrugged, “He likes you. I know you hate explaining yourself, so I made things easier and explain to him about your little obsession.” Changmin groaned in frustration and buried his face on the pillow again. “He seemed to understand. He doesn’t want you hurt, Minnie.”
“Yeah, so? It’s not like I’m going to just get back to him,” Changmin sighed. “Kyuhyun is cuter, too.”
“Yah!” Yunho pressed on a sore spot on Changmin’s shoulder, making the younger jerked in pain. “You got me wondering if you really are smart because you can be idiotic at times. Like now, for example.”
“Shut up!”
“Whatever. Strip.”
Changmin turned to Yunho and raised an eyebrow. “Hyung…”
“Not that, stupid,” Yunho poured some lotion on his palm. “We need to treat those bruises.”
“Oh…”
“Were you expecting something more?” Yunho smirked.
“Fuck you,” Changmin buried his face on the pillow again after taking his shirt off, revealing purple marks all over his back.
“Yes please,” Yunho teased and chuckled.
He wasn’t surprised when he saw Yoochun on their dining table, chatting with Jaejoong. He said nothing and took the seat across from Yoochun, beside Junsu. Yunho filled their champagne glasses for a toast. “To Changmin’s freedom,” Yunho smirked. Junsu and Jaejoong laughed, but Changmin scoffed. His eyes met Yoochun’s as the other was smiling. Changmin’s heart skipped a beat and he cursed, how did he forget how gorgeous Yoochun was?
They ate dinner together; somehow the atmosphere was too normal for Changmin. Changmin stayed silent most of the time, listening to the others. Yoochun somehow went along well with Yunho, and asked a lot of question about their raid. Changmin cut in, saying he couldn’t trust Yoochun on such secrets, but Yunho, reckless and stubborn as always, proceeded telling Yoochun the details. Changmin rolled his eyes but smiled, and Yoochun smiled back at him. Another heartbeat skipped; Changmin thought Yoochun just might give him a heart attack.
After dinner, Yunho and Yoochun cleaned up while they insisted for Changmin to take some rest. He went to the balcony, leaving Jaejoong and Junsu cuddling on the living room couch, and stared at the sky. The moon was beautiful, and he was sure it would look even better without the dome.
A body settled next to him and he knew it was Yoochun. Yoochun stood close that their shoulder brush, and Changmin tried to ignore his heart that was pumping on his ribs. Yoochun leaned to his shoulder. “I didn’t see Kyuhyun anywhere.”
“You want me to invite him?”
“No,” Yoochun chuckled. “I expected your boyfriend to be here.”
“I don’t have a boyfriend, thanks to you.”
Yoochun laughed, “You’re welcome.” Changmin scoffed without being really annoyed. “So, you hated this city?” Changmin nodded. “The rules? Whites?”
“Hate all of them.”
“Do you hate me too? I’m the man of law.”
Changmin sighed, “I don’t hate you.”
“Do you love me, then?”
“Not really…”
“Not really?” Yoochun tilted his head to look at Changmin. “What does ‘not really’ mean?”
“It means, not really,” Changmin shrugged. “You kinda piss me off.”
Yoochun scoffed and pouted adorably that Changmin wanted to kiss him. “I can’t believe you. I saved your life and you said I piss you off.” Yoochun ranted, “For your information, you piss me off too, especially when you kissed Yunho. Wasn’t I enough for you? Even if Yunho said it was his fault, you should’ve said no. I really like you, but you just have to kiss some other guy. I probably wouldn’t be pissed when I caught you if you didn’t kiss him, I would even help you get away. Seriously, Changmin…”
“So you like me? Present tense?” Changmin cut in.
Yoochun stared at Changmin, eyes searching. He thought Changmin was joking, but he saw Changmin was serious. He sighed, “I love you, present tense.”
“What if I don’t feel the same?”
Yoochun was about to protests when Changmin’s lips pressed against his. It didn’t take him long to kiss back and the press of lips turned sweet. Yoochun’s hand circled around Changmin’s neck and Changmin’s on Yoochun’s waist, pulling their body closer. Yoochun pressed Changmin to the wall, deepening the kiss as his hand traveled and tangled on Changmin’s hair. Changmin gasped as Yoochun bit his lower lips and moaned as their body slid together.
Yoochun broke the kiss only to move his kisses on Changmin’s neck and left a trail of red marks. “Fuck, Yoochun,” Changmin reluctantly push him away. “The others are still inside!”
Yoochun pulled away and pouted, “Who cares?”
“I do,” Changmin smirked and kissed Yoochun again.
Yoochun smiled and reached into his back pocket, pulling out a small box. It was The Four Elements earrings. “You said red looks good on me right?”
“It does.”
Yoochun put the earring box on Changmin’s hand and pulled his hair back to show his right ear. He was wearing one ruby and one diamond earrings on one ear. “I want you to wear the other pairs.”
Changmin smiled and let Yoochun put the earrings on his left ear. “Isn’t this going to draw attention?”
“Yeah? You’re famous enough now that everyone knew the Police caught the wrong thief, you’ll definitely draw attention. Anyway, I told the Elders you deserve a form of apology. They asked what you wanted, and I told them I’m sure you’d love to have the earrings back. They thought this is the replicate, so it doesn’t matter if you walk around with it.”
“Wow, you’re an evil genius. Who knew?”
“Exactly why I fell for you,” Yoochun smirked and kissed Changmin. “You get me like I’ve never been gotten before.”
Changmin kissed back, “Think you can kick those three out so we can move the party to the bedroom?”
“Will do,” Yoochun chuckled. “Wait, does this mean you’re mine now?”
“No,” Changmin shrugged. “You’re mine.”
Yoochun laughed, “Well, either way, I don’t mind~” He walked back to the living room to kick Jaejoong, Junsu, and Yunho out. Changmin watched him as he forced Jaejoong out of the door; laughter filled the apartment. When the other three had successfully been kicked out, Yoochun went back to the balcony and kissed Changmin.
“Park Yoochun, you just kissed the person you should have thrown into jail.”
“Did I, Shim Changmin? I thought you are not guilty?”
“I am guilty, of stealing your heart.”
“Ah, that won’t be a problem,” Yoochun wrapped his arms around Changmin’s waist and pulled their body together. “I got you, under my skin.”
Changmin smirked and kissed Yoochun again. “Keep me there forever.”
“I will.”
