the joys of myspace
haha so i found a bunch of my ex-students... my 8th graders from gjhs and my 7th graders from hms... and i added them to my myspace. now i'm talking to some on msn.
i think they think i'm either A. a loser with no life (somewhat true) or B. a dorky teacher trying to make kids think she's cool (not so much).
that makes me giggle because i've totally been chatting/blogging since before some of them were born! okay... maybe not that long. but definitely since I'VE been in junior high. which would make them some of them about THREE years old when i started. only we didn't have MSN. we used ICQ, then yahoo messenger. now all my college friends still use AIM, but all the youngens are onto MSN. but i still had MSN before i knew they did. i've had it at least four years.
okay. maybe B is a tiny bit true. i think it must be how i viewed my mother when she chatted with katelyn and bryan childs on ICQ in high school.
