my letter is R.
1. ronnie - my husband, my best friend. there's nothing i can really say in words what he means to me.
2. reading - this is my passion. i don't know how i would survive without books. they're my escape, my relaxation, my comfort, my imagination.
3. radio - cheesy way to describe my love of music. i'm not blessed much with the gift of performing or playing, but i love all kinds of music.
4. risen - i was thinking of putting religion, but i think my faith has way more to do with jesus rising from the grave than with me going to church or anything habitual or religious. i mess up so much that grace is the only thing that works.
5. relationships - the people in my life are so important to me. namely, my relationships with ronnie, our families, my youth group kids, dawn, kristen, steph and carrie.
6. rain - i adore thunderstorms (when i'm safe) and rainy weekends. i love curling up with a good book and hearing it rain on the roof.
7. rent - the movie, not the play. but only because i've only seen the movie. and i'm obsessed. plus it's getting really hard to come up with "r" words.
8. remember - i remember everything. i have an insane memory, though i will admit it is selective at times. i journal and take pictures so i can relive moments that are special to me.
9. reciprocity - yeah, yeah. i admit i'm stretching it now. but whether it's love, friendships, favors, etc., i think it's nice to practice reciprocity. anything unrequited is miserable.
10. regrets - sometimes i like my regrets. i learn from them. sometimes. it's my goal to not have regrets though at some point. i want to live without fear of looking back in shame.
