Happy 2007!

Hmm, Let's see. It's been a hectic end of year in 2006 and a busy start in 2007. Sounds pretty good to me.

The road trip to Melbourne and Sydney was alright. Loads of photos to show for, which is always a good thing. Did miss out on the trip to New Zealand with the guys because of lack of moolah. Thus, no sky diving for me. Sigh. I really, really want to do it at least once in my life. Maybe next time. Hopefully. Did miss out on a few places I wanted to go because of the schedule we had but that's okay. For more photos, check out my deviantart account: gravitix. =)

Right after we got back to Brisbane, it was all packing. I had such a hard time packing even though I don't have a lot of things. I think it's a subconscious thing. I loved my life there and I still do. If I have money, I'd probably stay on but alas, I don't. Such is life. Haha. I did managed to get a whole load of photos of Brisbane city before the trip, just for keep sake.

I sent my desktop back here because it's cheaper than buying a new one here. Besides, this computer is in pretty good condition except the damn virus I got before I left on my roadtrip. Getting back my cargo from the freight area was an adventure in itself. My mom can vouch for that. I still can't believe they don't have an ATM in the effing huge place! Geez!

I miss Australia. Very, very, very, much so. Coming back for Christmas was one of the perks but it didn't turn out to be very happening. The new year's celebrations, however, was a different story all together. The chalet was held on the 29th to the 1st of 2007. To make a long story short, it was fucking awesome.

After the first, I went out 3 days straight, meeting up with various people. It kept me busy but the happy kind of busy. I stayed home for one day yesterday, and I already felt like hanging myself in my wardrobe. For those who don't know, I don't have a lot of clothes so my wardrobe is kind of empty anyway. So yeah, digressing. Was supposed to stay home today because I didn't want to watch DeathNote 2 with the guys but my mom asked me out. Thank god. That 'trip' out was a life saver. I think I would've nuah-ed my day away in bed.

In retrospect, 2006 was a pretty good year. I graduated, went on road trips near and far and made a few new friends. So far, 2007 hasn't let me down and I hope it never will!

Peace out dudes! Have a great year ahead!
Wish me luck on looking for a job I like.

xoxoxo,
Dorothy
