Ok so we know there are many questions that Lost has left us with. While I don't expect them to answer every single one of them, there are some important things from way back that probably deserve explanation. With all the new stuff going on, it's easy to forget about these. I hope the writers don't just 'sweep them under the carpet'. So I have

9 Why did Malkin insist that Claire must raise her child by herself then changed his mind?
10 Why did he insist that she should take flight 815?
Because he got a new contract with Pittsburgh. Oops, sorry, wrong Malkin.
He knew (psychic vision) that flight 815 was going to crash and she'd be marooned on a desert island, and thus forced to care for the child on her own. It was a trick.
13 Why did the Island take Locke's ability to walk temporarily?
Just to be a prick. lol It probably was some kind of message to him
14 Who sent Kate the letter telling her about her mother being treated for cancer in hospital?
You know, as much as I love the backstories, adn as interesting as Kate is, I just can't care enough about her story to remember it. Maybe it's because they made it too confusing.
15 How does Walt knows about the Hatch Locke is trying to open? Why does he warn him to not do it?
The time travel consciousness thing-y we saw the other night?
16 How did the Black Rock come so far inland?
Isn't the island a giant elctro magnetic generator? Maybe it was drawn in.
17 Why did the Monster become aggressive toward Locke, instead of letting him go like last time?
It had teh munchies. Or Locke owed him money

19 Why are the Numbers on the side of the Hatch?
Just in case you forget. lol Probably teh numbers do have a signifigance and that's why they were used for the identification number on the hatch and the code for the button.
LOST - SEASON 2 UNANSWERED QUESTIONS:
4 Who is Jae Lee's American woman?
Knowing the writer's, probably Kate.
5 How was Cindy (the flight attendant) so easily abducted by the Others?
They're just that good.
6 Is the mother of Emma and Zack (waiting for them in LA) in any way connected to a character that we already know?
Oh probably. (groan)
9 Why did the Monster not attack Mr. Eko?
It had already eaten.
10 Was it really Walt communicating with Michael in the hatch?

11 What is the deal with Joe Inman and Kelvin? They are the same person…

Either the Dharma Intit. doesn't know about teh purge (Benry could still be sending them reports) or tehy're trying to feed any survivors that may be wandering around

Unfortunatly I don't think we'll ever find that out. I don't think they meant to fire her off the show that soon.
23 What is the origin of the four toed statue? Where is the rest of it?

24 Are Michael and Walt rescued?
25 Why could Desmond not sail away from the island?
Again, teh electro magnetic generator. Doesn't it draw boats towards it, like Desmod's? Which would mean Miachel and Walt are not rescued (Benry didn't seem to upset about letting them leave...) But where are they?
27 Why are the pneumatic tube containers from The Pearl dumped in the middle of the jungle?
I think it was part of teh experiment to see how long people would keep reporting. The reports were useless but they had to make it look good.
30 Who were the 2 Portuguese men in the Arctic station that called Penny about the electromagnetic anomaly?
Okay, that got me. The guy in sick bay last night, tied to the bed, wasn't he one of them?
