He admitted that he 'probably poured too many coals in'. This after I'm pulling half cooked chicken off of the grill to try and salvage. I told him he was no longer allowed to set the coals anymore. He can light them and poke the coals for a few minutes, but then he goes away and lets me work. Sheesh.
