...My mom got an e-mail from a friend who has a friend or coworker (or something like that) who found five black lab mix puppies abandoned by the side of the road and is trying to find them homes. They're free, and they need to be adopted out in the next couple of days because the person who found them can't keep them and will be calling Animal Control after a few days.
My mom wants one. I told her she doesn't want a puppy - that she should try to remember how Jack was when we got him (at about 6-8 weeks old). She still wants one. Of course, I'm the one who still doesn't have a job and is home all day, so I'd be the one dealing with the puppy that she wants to get. Not to mention the fact that Dad is out of town at the moment (I think he'll be back Thursday...but I'm not completely sure anymore ^_^;;;), and she has to talk to him first... But yeah, she wants one.
