...I convinced my mom to get me an iPhone... ^_^; Seriously, I did!
Mom and I had to get new phones, because ours (we had the same cheap four+ year old model) were starting to just not get reception anymore. So we went in... and came back with a new phone (nice and big) for Mom, a micro cell thing to enhance the reception in our house (we get 1 bar with a decent phone - when we're lucky), and an iPhone for me. (Yeah, I convinced Mom to pay the $30 for the data plan. ^_^; )
The happy thing is, I literally never talk on the phone, because I hate it. So we didn't need any extra minutes for me. (We don't use the vast majority of them anyway.) I don't text, so we didn't need texts either. ^_^; I'm constantly on the Internet, though, so this is happy for me. It's replacing both my old crappy phone and my iPod Touch. And now I have a camera too. My last phone didn't even have that. I don't take a whole lot of pictures, but now I don't have to borrow Mom's camera when I want to. ^_^
So yeah... I'm a happy lemming right now. ^_^
(And I'm working on that next chapter of Hanafurirou. (Little Kagerou!) That every other week goal would make it "due" Sunday or so... May not be ready quite then, but I'm working on it. It's just that I have some library books due, and the one I'm on right now is going really slowly...)
