Happy Easter to all! and happy birthday to myself, my future brother-in-law, the Pope, and many other people's mothers around the world today. and congratulations to my roomie who just got engaged to David yesterday. much happiness to you both!
it was a good day and a good weekend in general. not what i thought it would be, but it still ended up being good. i might go crazy if i don't see my friends from CURF during the summer, but that is negotiable. i am looking forward to that day in the summer where we head to Cedar Point. ahhh it'll be amazing! I worked a lot this weekend and it kind of made me rethink working there again this summer. I was just really bored with it and i know how long it will be this summer as well. i guess it didn't help that i worked a 9-hour shift on saturday. oh well. it will be good money. but i just keep thinking about how much fun it'd be to work at camp. next year or the year after for sure. india's being thrown in there somewhere.
crazy to think that for the past two easters i haven't been home. i miss mexicali a lot and wonder how they're doing quite often. someday i'll go back. maybe spring semester at Azusa Pacific and help out with the project? i think that'd be quite sweet.
heading back to school tomorrow once my car is fixed. then it's a two week stretch, come home for Katie's shower, back for finals, and then home for the summer. oh many more mixed emotions to come, i promise.
i got a phone call today. and it made me really happy.
